Graham Cracker Pie Crust Recipe

For a 9" pie. A crisp, sweet crust that is great with refrigerated pie fillings.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Crush crackers with a rolling pin or in a blender or food processor. Combine cracker crumbs and sugar. Add butter. Mix thoroughly.
If desired, reserve 1/4 C of cracker crumbs for garnishing the top of pie.
Press remaining mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of the pie plate.
Bake 10 minutes. Then, cool crust, and add filling. Refrigerate, if necessary, once filled.
