Squash Soufflé 3 Recipe

  • 2 cups squash, cooked & drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Colby cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup crumbled saltines
  • salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Transfer to baking dish. Bake immediately at 375° for 30-40 minutes. Since this is a soufflé you have to bake it as soon as it is mixed. Additionally, it should be served immediately from the oven.
