Hominy Special Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion (medium)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans white hominy
  • 1 can yellow hominy
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 cup Picante
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
Directions
Sauté onion in butter. Drain hominy and corn and add to onion. Stir in picante and add cheese (cut into small chucks) and stir until melted. Pour in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake 375° for 25-30 minutes
