Spicy Cheeseball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz
  • 2 packages Buddings thinly sliced meat
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 fresh jalapeno
Directions
Soften cream cheese by leaving at room temperature for about 30 minutes prior to mixing ingredients. Chop onions finely including about 1/2 of the stems of each onion. Chop your choice of Budding's meat. Seed & clean jalapeno then finely chop pepper. Mix all ingredients together and form into a ball shape. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour. Serve with crackers. Enjoy!
