Ingredients
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons jalapeno peppers - finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons green pepper - finely diced
  • 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese - shredded
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon cilanto - chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • In a saucepan, add the beer over medium-high heat.
  • Once the beer starts to foam, add the lemon juice. Reduce heat and add the peppers.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cheese and flour until the cheese is well-coated.
  • Gradually incorporate the cheese into the beer mixture, stirring constantly.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into a fondue pot.
