Fish Florentine Recipe

  • 4 filets haddock
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet chicken granules
  • 1 can mushrooms (small can)
Place fillets in greased glass baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle on lemon juice. Make white sauce and add chicken granules and mushrooms. Pour sauce over fillets, cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
