Falll Vegetable Medley Recipe

  • 4 cups zucchini - cubed
  • 1 or more large carrots - chopped
  • 1 or more large potatoes - cubed
  • 1 onion
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 teaspoons chicken base
  • 6 cups water
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
Cook all together except cream cheese until veges are soft. Add cream cheese and blend in blender being careful to not overfill. Serve.
