Falll Vegetable Medley Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups zucchini, cubed
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 teaspoons chicken base
  • 6 cups water
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Directions
Cook all together except cream cheese until vegetables are soft.

Add cream cheese and blend in blender being careful to not overfill.

Serve.
