Lasagna Soup 6 Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 3 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning (dried)
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked mafalda or corkscrew pasta
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook beef, onion, garlic and parsley over med high heat for 10 mins. or til beef is well-browned, stirring often. Pour off fat. Stir broth, tomatoes and Italian seasoning in pan and heat to boil. Stir pasta in saucepan. Reduce heat to med . Cook 10 mins or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese or top with cheese. Serves 4.
