Catfish Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 pounds potatoes
  • 1 1/4 pounds onions
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 quart tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 pounds Cooked Catfish
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tabasco Sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large stock pot.

Add Salt, Pepper, and Tabasco to taste.

Heat until boiling. Simmer until ready to serve.

Note: You can cook the Catfish in the pot but will have to use fillets or remove bones after cooking.
