Vegetarian Taco Salad Recipe

  • 1 can Mrs. Grimes Chili Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 chopped onion (small)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • 1 package Fritos
Combine beans, onion, cheese and dressing. Refrigerate overnight.

Just before serving, add diced tomato, lettuce and Fritos.
