Popcorn Cake Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 4 quarts popcorn, popped
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, blanched
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature gumdrops
Directions
Boil margarine, sugar, vanilla, and corn syrup.

Mix popcorn, marshmallows, peanuts, and gumdrops in a large bowl.

Pour syrup mixture over popcorn mixture.

Mix until popcorn is well coated.

Spray angel food cake pan with cooking spray.

Pour popcorn mixture into the angel food cake pan.

Pat down mixture firmly so there are no air bubbles.

Let it set up; remove from pan and serve.
