Steamed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 carrots, peeled (large)
  • 4 potatoes, quartered (medium)
  • 12 Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Place carrots and potatoes in a steamer; cover and cook for 6 minutes. Add sprouts; cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes more. Combine margarine, lemon juice and pepper; toss with steamed vegetables.
