Spaghetti Carbonara 6 Recipe

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 3 tomatoes peeled and chopped (or 1 can tomatoes drained and chopped)
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream or evaporated milk
Cook spaghetti according to directions on package. In large skillet cook bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside. Add sausage, garlic and parsley, and cook until done. Stir in tomatoes and bacon. Add drained spaghetti. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Serves 6 to 8.
