"This is the easiest moistest best flavor banana bread I ever made. I do the full receipt (two loafs) an freeze the other for later. I also add 1/4 cup of pecans. Yummy!!"

"Delicious! Super moist and a nice mixture of flavors. At first you think you are eating banana bread and then you get a little coconut flavor; and then a hint of pineapple comes through. It was great! Will make again soon."
