Southern Corn Casserole 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can creamed corn (drained)
  • 1 can whole corn (drained)
  • 1 package mild shredded cheese (Put 1/2 pkg inch casserole and add the other - 1/2 over the top)
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 package sour cream (medium pkg)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green pepper chopped, sautée
Directions
Mix together and pour into 9x13 pan. (Add other 1/2 pkg. of shredded cheese over the top.) Bake at 350% for 25 to 30 min.
