-		1 package mild shredded cheese (Put 1/2 pkg inch casserole and add the other - 1/2 over the top)
-		1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
-		1 package sour cream (medium pkg)
-		1 egg
-		1 green pepper chopped, sautée
