This is a very inexpensive meal and there are two ways you can make it. Very delicious and full of flavor! Usually the items are right in your cupboard! Makes a lot too! This meal could also be vegan as well. Just don't add the sour cream, use the substitute and use applesauce instead of eggs in your corn bread. Easily it could be LOW FAT!!!
