This is an easy colorful salad that can be used with main course or as a dessert.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans chunk pineapple
  • 1 package mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon candy
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream
Directions
PREP
20 mins
  • Cut pineapple chunks in half. Place in large bowl with the juice. (Bowl needs a tight lid.)
  • Add the marshmallows and the candy.
  • Mix well.
  • Refrigerate overnight, shaking the bowl occasionally to insure the candy is all melted into the juice.
  • When you are ready to serve, drain all the juice and add the whipped cream.
  • Enjoy!
