  • 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks in juice (or 2 cups fresh)
  • 1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges (or use 1 large navel orange)
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened, as preferred)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • Drain fruit well (reserve juice for another use). Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve cold
