Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup crumbs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups salmon
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper
Directions
Put layer of peeled, sliced potatoes into buttered pan, then layer of salmon, onion, and bacon. Mix egg and milk. Pour over salmon. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake 50 to 60 minutes in moderate 350 F. oven.
Delicious casserole that's a family favorite.

"This was very good! I thought the combination of ingredients were a little unusual, but I had all on hand so gave it a try. I sprinkled garlic powder and seasoned salt over the potatoes, and used Ritz crackers for the crumbs. It was yummy and so easy to put together!"
