Grilled Steak Bites Recipe

Take medium sized sirloin steak and pound into tenderness.
Cut sirloin into one inch strips about 3-4 inches long.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place small dab of cream cheese on strip.
Add small sprinkling of chives and garlic.
Roll and secure with toothpick that has been soaked in water.
Place on grill.
Turn over and cook on both sides.
Serve as appetizer before your full meal is cooked on your grill.
