Chicken and vegetables - all in one dish :)

Directions

Place chicken in crock pot. Add broth, gravy, potatoes, vegetables & pepper. Cover and cook on low 5 to 5.5 hours or until chicken juices run clear. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch & water; stir into juice in crockpot. Cover & cook on high for 15 minutes or until gravy is thickened.

Cook Time: 6 or more hours

-		4 pieces 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
-		1 can 14 ounces chicken broth
-		1 package chicken gravy (mixed according to pkg)
-		2 cups sliced & peeled potatoes
-		2 cups sliced raw carrots
-		2 cups green beans or mixed vegetables
-		1 dash pepper
-		2 tablespoons cornstarch (more or less)
-		1/3 cup cold water
