HAM AND POTATO SCALLOP Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • dash pepper
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 onion sliced (small)
  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Directions
Blend soup, milk and pepper; add ham. In buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes and onion sauce. dot top with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake in 375° oven for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes more. Serves 4.
