Turkey Crunch Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (4 ounce can)
  • 3/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Chow Mein noodles
Directions
Mix first six ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise, then toss with turkey mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. This recipe is great for leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
