KIELBASA AND POTATOES Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound kielbasa, cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces (medium)
  • 1 to large onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 soup can of milk
  • salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange kielbasa, potatoes, and onions in a 9 x 13 greased casserole dish. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour soup mixture over kielbasa, onions, and potatoes. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
