Chocolate Eclair Dessert 22 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding (small box)
  • 1 pound graham crackers
  • 9 ounces non-dairy topping (Cool Whip)
  • butter or margarine
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • 2 ounces unsweetened melted chocolate squares (or packets)
  • 2 teaspoons Corn Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
Directions
Line buttered 9" x 13" pan with whole graham crackers. Make pudding

with 3 cups milk and mix with Cool Whip. Pour half of the mixture over

the crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers. Pour remaining

mixture over. Add a third layer of crackers. Pour chocolate sauce over

top. Chill overnight.
