Pie Crust made easy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 8-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup Margarine
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 9 or 10 inch Pie Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine (1 stick)
  • 4 1/2 - 5 T cold water
Directions
In a food processor cut margarine(cold) into flour. Add cold water while processing.

The more handling or food processing will make crust chewy.

Divide dough in half.

Flour a "pie mat" or flat surface and roll out dough with each half for top and bottom crust.
