In a food processor cut margarine(cold) into flour. Add cold water while processing.

The more handling or food processing will make crust chewy.

Divide dough in half.

Flour a "pie mat" or flat surface and roll out dough with each half for top and bottom crust.

-1 8-inch pie crust
-1 cup flour
-1/3 cup Margarine
-3 tablespoons cold water
-9 or 10 inch Pie Crust
-1 1/2 cups flour
-1/2 cup margarine (1 stick)
-4 1/2 - 5 T cold water
