Peaches & Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 package dry vanilla pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons soft butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 can peaches (15 to 20 oz 15 ounce can)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons peach juice
  • Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, pudding, egg & butter together for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased pan (9x9). Drain the peaches and save juice. Pour peaches over batter. Beat cream cheese, sugar and fruit juice for 2 min. at medium speed. Spoon over peaches within 1" of edge. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Serves 9
