| | Directions | | Mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, pudding, egg & butter together for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased pan (9x9). Drain the peaches and save juice. Pour peaches over batter. Beat cream cheese, sugar and fruit juice for 2 min. at medium speed. Spoon over peaches within 1" of edge. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Serves 9 |
