Icing For Sheath Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 1 box powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
Directions
Melt together oleo, cocoa, milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sugar, vanilla and pecans. Beat well and spread on cake while cake is still hot. Leave cake in pan to ice.

I make a little over half of this- it makes a lot of icing.
