Swedish Pineapple Cake 8 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cake
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple w/juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups flour
  • ICING
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz pkg)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
CAKE:

Mix all ingredients BY HAND (not a mixer). Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. DO NO grease or flour). Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

ICING:

Beat and pour over hot cake.
