Soft Sugar Cookies 28 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Margarine
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Cream margarine and sugar. Add vanilla and egg. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Form into small balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350° for 8-10 min. Do not flatten do not over bake.
