Rhubarb Dessert 14 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rhubarb diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 package strawberry jello (you can use the whole pkg)
  • 1 package Jiffy cake mix white or yellow
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
Directions
Grease 8" square pan. Place rhubarb on the bottom and sprinkle with sugar, jello and dry cake mix. Gently pour water over everything. Drizzle butter on the top.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
