Nancy's Chocolate Delight Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 package Cool Whip (16 ounce pkg)
  • 2 packages chocolate instant pudding mix (small pkgs)
  • 3 cups milk
Directions
Mix butter, flour, and nuts and spread in bottom of 13 X 9" pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 300°. Mix cream cheese and sugar; add about 1/2 of Cool Whip and pour on top of baked crust. Blend pudding and milk together; pour over second layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip and chill for several hours.
