| | Directions | | Mix butter, flour, and nuts and spread in bottom of 13 X 9" pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 300°. Mix cream cheese and sugar; add about 1/2 of Cool Whip and pour on top of baked crust. Blend pudding and milk together; pour over second layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip and chill for several hours. |
