Ingredients
3 Large Eggland's Best eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup dark corn syrup
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter - melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecans - halved
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked

In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter (melted and cooled), vanilla and salt until well blended.
Evenly arrange pecan halves over bottom of pie shell.
Carefully pour egg mixture over pecans.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven until filling is set, and crust is brown, about 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
