Ingredients
  • 3 Large Eggland's Best eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter - melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pecans - halved
  • 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked

  • In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter (melted and cooled), vanilla and salt until well blended.
  • Evenly arrange pecan halves over bottom of pie shell.
  • Carefully pour egg mixture over pecans.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven until filling is set, and crust is brown, about 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
