Grandma's Rhubarb Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda (add to sour milk)
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 3 cups Cut up Rhubarb
  • 1/4 cup Red Cake Decorating Crystals
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 10x15 jelly roll pan. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts. Sprinkle evenly over top of batter. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
