PIONEER LEMON PIE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornmeal
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Grated rind of 2 lemons
Directions
Mix together the sugar, flour, and cornmeal. Add the eggs, lemon juice, milk, butter, and the lemon rind.

Mix together well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 325 degree oven 45 minutes, or until done.
