Spicy Pork Pot Stickers with Sauce Recipe

  • 1 pound Premio Sweet Italian Sausage Meat
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 3 minced scallions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 egg well beaten
  • 1/4 cup Panko crumbs
  • 20 wonton wraps
  • 1 cup water to glue the pot stickers
  • 1 cup canola oil to fry the pot stickers
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 apricot jam
  • 2 soy sauce
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 crushed garlic
  • In a bowl add sausage meat, garlic, scallions, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, egg, and Panko crumbs. Mix well and set aside.
  • Open up your wonton skins and fill about 1 tsp in each one.
  • Close by wetting the edges and fold. Make sure the edges are sealed.
  • Heat oil to med/hi heat. Fry about 1 minute on each side.
  • Drain on paper bag or paper towels.
  • Serve with the sauce.
  • Mix these together and serve with pot stickers.
