Country Sausage and Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound Hillshire Farms Cheddarwurst, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 onion, chopped
1 package Betty Crocker Au Gratin potatoes, value size
2 1/2 cups hot water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups baby carrots
1 package frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cook and stir Cheddarwurst and onion in oil in a 12" skillet until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in potatoes, sauce mix, water and pepper. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
Add carrots. Cover and simmer another 10 minutes, or until carrots are crisp tender.
Stir in broccoli and cheese. Cover and cook until broccoli is heated through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
