Country Sausage and Potatoes Au Gratin - Recipe

Directions
  • Cook and stir Cheddarwurst and onion in oil in a 12" skillet until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in potatoes, sauce mix, water and pepper. Heat to boiling.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
  • Add carrots. Cover and simmer another 10 minutes, or until carrots are crisp tender.
  • Stir in broccoli and cheese. Cover and cook until broccoli is heated through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

-1 pound Hillshire Farms Cheddarwurst, cut into 1/2 inch slices
-1 onion, chopped
-1 package Betty Crocker Au Gratin potatoes, value size
-2 1/2 cups hot water
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-2 cups baby carrots
-1 package frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
