Microwave Caramels Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Container: Microwave-safe bowl
Directions
  • Mix first four ingredients together in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave on high 15-18 minutes, stirring 3 to 4 times.
  • Remove from microwave, add salt and vanilla.
  • Pour into a well buttered pan.
  • Cool, cut, and wrap in wax paper.
