Walnut and Raisin Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 water
  • 2 pumpkin
  • 3 sugar
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 allspice
  • 1 1/2 salt
  • 2 baking soda
  • 3 1/2 flour
  • 1 walnuts - chopped
  • 1 raisins
Directions
  • Preheat oven at 350° F.
  • Grease and flour two loaf pans.
  • Mix water, eggs, pumpkin, and oil in a large bowl.
  • Sift all dry ingredients.
  • Slowly stir dry ingredients into bowl with the wet ingredients. (DO NOT BEAT WITH MIXER!)
  • Stir in nuts and raisins.
  • Pour into prepared loaf pans.
  • Bake for one hour or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool loaves upside down on racks.
