Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms Recipe

  • 8 ounces mushrooms - sliced
  • 6 chicken breasts - skinless, boneless
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 package Good Seasonings Italian Dressing mix
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 3 1/2 ounces cream cheese with chives and onions
  • rice or pasta

  • Place mushrooms on the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with chicken.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in italian dressing mix. Add soup, broth and cream cheese. Stir until melted. Pour over chicken and cover.
  • Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours or high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Serve over rice or pasta.
