Raspberry Vinegar Recipe

So easy to make but so versatile, this flavorful vinegar can be made into a wonderful salad dressing when added to olive oil, or it can be used as a tasty condiment for poultry or fish.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2/3 cup vinegar - white wine or Champaign, more if needed
Container: 8 oz. glass container with lid

  • In a clean jar, loosely pack fresh raspberries.
  • Pour vinegar over the fruit until the fruit is completely covered with vinegar.
  • Put lid on and set on counter 3-5 days until the fruit flavor has absorbed into the vinegar.
