CARROT TEA SANDWICHES Recipe

Ingredients
1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
1 cup matchsticks cut carrots, chopped
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
2 teaspoons minced Italian parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 loaf bread cut inch desired shapes or use B & M Brown Bread
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, pine nuts, parsley, salt and garlic powder. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, beat until carrots are in small pieces and mixture is uniformly combined. Spread a heaping tablespoon of carrot cream cheese mixture on one piece of the bread. Top with another piece of bread. The brown bread rounds can be cut in half.
Makes 24 sandwiches.
