  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 24 dried apricot halves
  • 24 unbroken pecan halves

  • Have apricots and pecans at hand. Heat chocolate chips in a small bowl (in microwave or over simmering water) just until most are melted. Stir until smooth.
  • Put a dab of chocolate on the center of an apricot; press a pecan half into the chocolate. Cover with a spoonful of chocolate. Repeat.
  • Set aside to firm up. Enjoy
