  • package (8 squares) semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 4 ounces cream cheese cream cheese - room temperature
  • 8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping
  • Decorative Toppings:
  • chopped pecans
  • toffee pieces
  • coconut - shredded
  • cookies - crumbled
  • sprinkles
Container:microwave safe bowl

  • Microwave the chocolate until melted.
  • Remove and stir until smooth.
  • Add the cream chees and stir until well blended.
  • Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes or until room temperature.
  • Gently stir in the non-dairy whipped topping.
  • Freeze the mixture for one hour.
  • Scoop out and roll into one inch balls.
  • Then roll each ball into a different coating, as desired.
  • Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
