Creamy Mac 'n Cheese Casserole (Gebroks) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package sour cream (16 ounce pkg)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounce bag)
  • 1 package shredded Mozzarella Cheese (8 ounce bag)
  • 3 1/2 cups matza farfel
  • cooking spray
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream and milk until well blended. Add cheeses. Stir in farfel and mix thoroughly. Place in a 9x13 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350° covered for 1 hour and then uncovered for the last 15 minutes. Yields 4-6 generous servings.
